How does the 14-day free trial work?
New customers get a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. At the end of your trial, your subscription begins automatically. You can cancel anytime during the trial.
What counts toward the revenue limit?
Only approved conversions count toward your monthly revenue limit. Pending or rejected conversions are not counted. The limit resets at the start of each billing period.
What happens if I exceed my revenue limit?
Tracking continues normally, but payouts are paused until you upgrade or the next billing period. We will notify you when approaching 80% of your limit.
Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. When upgrading, you get immediate access to new features. When downgrading, changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes, annual billing saves you 2 months (17%) compared to monthly billing. You can switch to annual billing in your account settings.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) through our secure payment processor Stripe.
